As Endacom’s founder and Director, Enda is an enthusiastic leader. His vision, interest, stability and commercial acumen has seen the company steadily grow into Australia’s largest civil and tunnelling contractor and a major diversified civil infrastructure business.
Enda is passionate about building long-term and meaningful relationships across the industry. He Started his Construction Journey in Sligo Ireland in 1988 as a fully Qualified Carpenter before relocating to Australia in 1994 . His civil construction and Tunnelling path led him to found Endacom in 2005.
Enda has more than 30 years’ civil and tunnelling experience in Victoria, NSW, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
Steve Smith Chief Financial officer
With a proven track record in implementing and continually improving operational strategy and staff performance, Steve demonstrates proficiency in leading finance teams with a focus on enhancing service efficiencies by closing information gaps between the operational and enabling functions of a business.
Experience in accounting, audit and taxation for complex medium sized companies, particularly in the services sector and for organisations with overseas operations.
Steve has joined Endacom to guide there financial advancements and to help mould Endacom into a global name as they strive to break into overseas markets
Wayne Callaghan Senior Project Manager
With over four decades dedicated to the construction industry, Wayne brings a wealth of experience, notably in the piling foundation and groundwork market across the Asia Pacific.
Wayne’s ability for seamlessly merging problem-solving skills with expert project management consistently delivers projects that are punctual and cost effective., whilst meeting Endacom’ s Quality and Safety driven commitments.
Ian Sonogan Operations Manager
Ian is a qualified Civil Engineer with two decades of civil construction experience in the civil and tunnelling industry. His diverse project experience allows him to anticipate and overcome project challenges. Ian is a firm believer in always delivering on his commitments, a value he has instilled across the entire team.
At Endacom Ian Leads some of the most challenging projects and his innovative thinking guides Endacom to hit targets and budgets , a pioneer on the pathway to success .
Derek Callaghan Senior Project Manager
Derek graduated as a Civil Engineer in 1995 in Ireland, and started his career and grew specializing in precast works, after ten years, he founded his own Engineering consultancy which he directed for seven years before his immigration to Australia in 2012.
With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Derek moved into project management has coordinated some of the largest civil and tunnel projects in Australia.
As a project manager with an engineering background, he understands the intricacies of a diverse range of Complex construction projects and successfully guided and coordinate them to completion. His main aim in his projects is to complete to program with a strong emphasis on Quality driven performance.
