The project consisted of 900m of re-enforced concrete footing and retaining wall followed by 500m of reinforced blockwork. Using traditional methods of shuttering we delivered an on-time production of retaining wall, culverts and headwalls against the surrounding bridge and waterways. During construction we encountered extreme weather conditions and flooding but through teamwork and planning alongside Jkw group we managed tricky environmental controls and kept the project on track and delivered on time.
