Concrete Pump Operator
Endacom Pty Ltd is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Shotcrete/Concrete Pump Operator to join our team.
Endacom Pty Ltd provides a wide range of services for large scale infrastructure projects across NSW, including mining and tunnelling, civil and excavation works, and reinforced concrete works.
We are an established market leader in the tunnel and civil construction industry. Endacom has been selected by Future Generation JV to construct multiple Snowy 2.0 Drill and Blast Tunnelling packages. The project is based in the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.
As a Shotcrete/Concrete Pump Operator, you will play a crucial role in the success of these projects.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Location: Snowy Mountains NSW
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates plant to pump, cast and mould concrete.
- You will have demonstrated knowledge of the wet-mix shotcrete process and the ability to properly place wet-mix shotcrete.
- You will have the shotcreting skills to apply the shotcrete and bring it to the required line and grade in a workmanlike manner.
- Be punctual and have an excellent attendance record.
- Inspect and maintain nozzles and hoses to insure they are properly maintained.
- Assist crew in set up/break down of jobsite tools and equipment.
- Ensure all areas to receive shotcrete are clean, sound and free of loose material and that anchors, reinforcement and ground wires are properly placed and spaced.
Skills and Experience required:
- Must have at least two years of experience in operating shotcrete equipment
- Have a working knowledge of safety standards common in the construction industry.
- Must be ACI or ASA certified.
- Must be able to demonstrate, by preconstruction testing, an ability to satisfactorily perform the required duties and apply the shotcrete as required by the specifications.
- Must have demonstrated experience in underground environment.

Annual salary range: $180,000 – $250,000, based on applicant’s experience
